I "explored" both TeacherTube and YouTube for videos on teamwork. I viewed the moon landing...but, I watched it "live" as it happened...I think I was a sophomore (junior?) in HS when it happened...yes, I AM that old!
I loved one I found on TeacherTube: http://www.teachertube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=ddb7a7cfa82574b6722d.
I hope you'll check it out (but elementary teachers will likely see it during our opening staff meeting). I wish I could actually add it to my blog like I've seen others do but I need further "tutoring" for that...maybe someone could call me and talk me through it or email the steps I need to take.
I also looked for videos on teamwork (as you can see, that is my theme for what I'm working on this summer) in United Streaming. I found both TeacherTube and YouTube to have a better selection and they seemed to be better done as well. I guess I wonder if the $$ we spend on United Streaming is worth it when the others are free....maybe worth exploring further.

I am excited to hear that the development of a team will be a theme this year! Working together is an essential aspect of developing professional learning communities, something that I have been hearing a lot about from different venues: NCOSP, CIT, and using the Star Protocol. (I read your descriptions of teams and groups in Moodle as well.)
How fabulous to know that there are supporting sources, like you've said, at your fingertips. I guess I need to look deeper in TeacherTube and YouTube, because I didn't find the quality of support at those two sites that I found at United Streaming.
I can't wait to see your video. I was not able to view it from your url. In order to help you, I would need to do it at the same time while we are on the phone together. If you have an opportunity, and would like to figure it out, call and we will team up for learning :) Kerry
